It's always easier to frown, cry or get angry over certain things. Smiling many times can be a painful thing to do. But I believe you smile can always bring a smile on another's face. And joy is a greater and more attractive strength you can rely on.

Went for 2nd appt 2 days ago and got our house keys! Very frustrated with previous owner who left us alot of rubbish and leaving the house in a super dirty state. Somemore they dunno burn what thing in the toilet. hai.. what a start.. but still.. I'm SO HAPPY that we finally got it. Renovation will start on coming Monday and the house will be transformed! Will take a Before and After to post it here so stay with me yeah?!

Buying a house is not really that expensive. Still affordable. But it's the filling of the house! MAN IT'S SO EXPENSIVE! so.. we decided to own time own target dun gan jiong. When see nice stuff can afford then buy. Buy the necessity first. The rest will just have to wait. Rather than buy and re-buy again. I'm so looking forward hopefully renovation can fast fast be completed. Next week will be busy busy finding lights, air-con, TV, bed, etc. It's gonna be great n exciting! :)
