You're The Rainbow In My Life
Sam's Diary

Welcome to My Diary!

It's always easier to frown, cry or get angry over certain things. Smiling many times can be a painful thing to do. But I believe you smile can always bring a smile on another's face. And joy is a greater and more attractive strength you can rely on.

Here I bring my journey written. I hope it can be an encouragement to people who meets up with issues that i go through. And also an entertainment for those who can identify with the journey I live.
Nervous..

2 weeks ago i just shared with Jia Min saying you can't plan your opportunities even when you paid a bigger price. There is no guarantees that your opportunity will come. It's just that you decided to pay more and take a cab to work so that you can wake up later. Sometimes it works, but sometimes even if you try calling cab at the most easy to get cab hour, you might just not get one. You thought you can buy an opportunity and a shortcut, but it can become a detour.

This week, I've been helping a dear friend to find a better job. Having a heart anxious for her because she deserve better. While helping her here and there, an opportunity pop by.. I was headhunted to be promoted with more learning opportunities and a pay increment. Hard to put in the details here but it's a total surprise and blessing. And I offered my friend too for the opportunity. I have no idea how it will work out. Things are slowly coming into place. In my heart i somehow got nervous and started to belittle my abilities to be in that position. But if God allows, I will follow. Pray that my friend and I can both get the shot. No matter how is the outcome, this opportunity definitely came as an encouragement to me.
